Services on the spot
Apart from the ordinary medical check-up, thorough medical examinations and treatments are possible on the spot.
Equipment for minor surgeries such as the stitching of wounds or apparatuses for fixation, urethral catheter-supply and bracing are brought.
Blood glucose tests, ECG, urine tests, pregnancy tests and streptococcus tests are available on the spot. Blood tests are carried out and analyzed in the medical laboratory. Results will be ready within max. 24h on a working day.
Basic medication for adults and children are part of the equipment and may be given in form of tablets, suppositories, injections or infusions. In order to be able to initiate medical treatments also at night or during weekends, an assortment of single tablets is at hand.
For reanimation, a defibrillator (an apparatus used to control heart fibrillation by application of an electric current to the chest wall or heart) and oxygen are at the doctor’s disposal. To secure ventilation (the supply of air to the lungs), instruments for intubation and other utensils are available.
